Timbershedco is an online retailer of pressure-treated timber garden structures – garden sheds, bike stores, tool stores, wheelie bin stores, log stores, planters, raised beds and cold frames. We sell to consumers in the United Kingdom only. We are not a manufacturer of the timber itself and we do not offer an installation service.

5. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, write to contact@timbershedco.com with “complaint” in the subject line. We acknowledge every complaint within one business day and aim to resolve it within five business days.

If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer it to a relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme, or use the small claims track of the county court. Nothing in this notice or in our terms of service restricts your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

8. Online dispute resolution

The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform closed in July 2025 and is not available to United Kingdom consumers. Use the complaints route in section 5 instead.
