E-mail is the fastest way to reach us and we answer every enquiry within 24 hours. The phone line is open Monday to Friday and at the weekend during the hours listed below.

What to include when you write

• Order enquiries: your order number (it starts with a hash and is in your confirmation e-mail) and the e-mail address you ordered with.
• Delivery chasers: your order number. You can also check the status yourself on our order tracking page before you write.
• Damage or missing parts: your order number plus a photograph of the packaging and of the damaged or missing part. That usually lets us send a replacement the same day.
• Returns: your order number and which item you want to return or exchange. See the refund policy for the full process.
• Before you buy: the size of the space you have and what you want to store. Every product page carries a dimensions and materials table, and if the measurement you need is not on it, ask and we will check it.

How quickly we reply

We answer every e-mail within 24 hours, including at weekends. Enquiries that need a measurement checked at the mill can take one business day longer, and we will tell you if that is the case rather than leaving you waiting.

Delivery and returns at a glance

• Free delivery to any United Kingdom address, no minimum spend. We do not ship outside the United Kingdom.
• Dispatch in 1 – 2 business days, transit 5 – 7 business days, so 6 – 9 business days in total. Tracked with DPD or Parcelforce.
• 30 days from delivery to return an unused item, on top of your statutory 14-day right to cancel.
• Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong and you are not happy with how we handled it, write to us at the e-mail address below with the word “complaint” in the subject line. We acknowledge every complaint within one business day and aim to resolve it within five. Your rights if we cannot are set out in our terms of service.
